We are seeking a highly motivated Business Systems Consultant (BSC4) in Hogan IDS (Integrated Deposit Systems & Time Deposit Account). Candidate will act as a liaison between line of business and technical teams by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of moderate to complex business requirements on the DDA development team.

Duties of this role include but are not limited to: analyzing business requirements, writing functional specifications requirements, creating test plans, test cases and scripts, executing and validation test results. Providing guidance and direction to less experienced onshore and offshore staff. Work with line of business and user groups to provide training, resolve questions, assess user needs, and recommend changes.

Successful individual in this role will demonstrate the following competencies:

  • Ability to quickly adapt within our fast paced environment
  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to function in a mainframe and Agile application development environment
  • Ability to assist in maintaining and/or modify existing applications or develop complex programs
  • Ability to assist in analysis of moderate to complex code, test and debug programs, and assist others
  • Ability to analyze moderate to complex business requirements and assist in writing functional and technical specifications
  • Ability to complete necessary systems documentation, procedures, and user guides
  • Ability to task effectively between multiple initiatives and deliver high-quality products within service level agreement (SLA)
  • Ability to communicate effectively across teams and partnerships


Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of business systems analysis experience, business systems design experience, or a combination of both
  • 5+ years of Hogan experience
  • 5+ years of business systems analysis or design experience
  • 5+ years of experience capturing and documenting complex business and functional requirements

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision in a structured environment
  • Ability to coordinate completion of multiple tasks and meet aggressive time frames
  • Knowledge and understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC): all phases and types of testing
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex technical problems
  • Advanced problem solving and technical troubleshooting capabilities
  • Ability to identify business needs and deliver solutions in close partnership with line of business and technology
  • Experience supporting or directing offshore teams

  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays as needed or scheduled



Salary Information

The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.

MN-Minneapolis: Min: $68,200 Mid: $96,000
AZ-Chandler: Min: $68,200 Mid: $96,000
NC-Charlotte: Min: $68,200 Mid: $96,000
CO-Greenwood Village: Min: $68,200 Mid: $96,000
