TRC is seeking a qualified Energy Efficiency case manager to work in our Woodbridge, NJ office to support commercial and industrial energy efficiency programs. Ideal candidates will have familiarity with customer relationship management tools, commercial building equipment, and a strong interest in energy efficiency. The Energy Efficiency case manager will work collaboratively with end use customers who have filed an application for an energy efficiency incentive to encourage the adoption of energy efficiency technologies. The case manager will review and process applications for implementation of energy efficiency measures and related incentives.

Key responsibilities include:

* Review energy efficiency rebate applications for approval and payment;
* Track applications and customer contact in the program database;
* Communicate with customers, contractor and vendors regarding NJ energy efficiency program rules and requirements.
* Excellent oral and written communications skills;
* Highly organized and detail oriented;
* Team-oriented, hands-on, highly skilled, adaptive, and customer/client-focused;
* Bachelor's degree, technical and energy efficiency technology experience a plus;
* Academic and/or professional experience displaying a strong interest in sustainability and/or energy efficiency;
* Good system/pc skills to utilize Microsoft Office suite of products and client /TRC developed tools and/or databases.
