Account Executive/Staffing ManagerCompensation:
$45.00 to $55.00 per hour
BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES Produce financial and market intelligence by querying data repositories and generating periodic reports. Devise methods for identifying data patterns and trends in available information sources. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES Analyze competitive market strategies through analysis of related product, market, or share trends. Synthesize current business intelligence or trend data to support recommendations for action. Manage timely flow of business intelligence information to users. Collect business intelligence data from available industry reports, public information, field reports, or purchased sources. Identify and analyze industry or geographic trends with business strategy implications. Generate standard or custom reports summarizing business, financial, or economic data for review by executives, managers, clients, and other stakeholders. Identify or monitor current and potential customers, using business intelligence tools. Maintain or update business intelligence tools, databases, dashboards, systems, or methods. Acts as primary contact for all application systems problems. Analyzes and documents problem, recommends solution, initiates corrective actions. Follows up on problem resolution and Informs clients of status. Coordinates application enhancements to existing computer systems: including analysis, design specifications and liaison between vendors and clients. Appropriate cost-benefit analysis is conducted on enhancements or modifications. Serves as the information resource for client users; including determination of the most appropriate data source, providing or arranging application-based report writing, or educating users to retrieve the information themselves. Provides training and development support to client users on Office Automation and PC applications. Coordinates the inclusion of other staff and technical resources as necessary. May serve as project Coordinator for In-house development or implementation of vendor-based automated systems. Formulates system scope and design objectives through research and fact-finding to configure vendor -maintained systems or develop and modify in-house systems. May lead or serve on technical teams within the IT Department. Performs other related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in System/Industrial Engineering or related field, with emphasis of study in systems analysis, data analysis and data base mining, or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business Administration. Minimum of one-year experience in systems analysis and/or data analysis required, with project management or leadership responsibilities highly desired. Must be proficient with Office 365, knowledge in Pivot Tables, Macros, MS Project, MS Visio, MS Access. Must have advanced skills and experience in oral and written communication including analysis, preparation and report presentation. Must have ability to communicate, motivate, and organize projects among a broad spectrum of SPC personnel, frequently under deadline pressure. Knowledge of personal computers and PC application software desired. Knowledge of networking and database methodologies preferred. Experience in Healthcare information Systems software preferred. Knowledge of Meditab products a plus. Experience in Business Revenue Cycle Analysis. Knowledge of Tableau and/or Microsoft BI, a plus. Understanding of HIPAA.
