Partner with client teams and initiate key business development activities by targeting key C- level clients, proposing services, and closing opportunities in the oil and gas industry Address client needs and introduce client solutions related to all aspects of for human performance-related advisory services, including behavioral change management, HR solution, learning and development, talent management, and organizational design Execute the full lifecycle of human performance-related solutions, including project scoping, design, development and deployment Contribute to the development and evolution of methodologies and intellectual capital including contributing to articles, whitepapers, and training efforts Build long-term business relationships with key executives through engagement delivery and networking in professional organizations Manage and provide leadership to teams of staff level professionals and become actively involved in staff development and practice management Qualifications: A minimum of eight years of relevant work experience related to change management or human resource consulting, with three years of experience in advisory services within a major consulting firm providing services to clients in the oil and gas industry Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university Experience leading business transformation projects within the oil and gas industry, including process improvement and change management Excellent foundational written and verbal communication, facilitation, presentation skills and the proven ability to establish rapport with clients and colleagues Deep understanding of business processes, project management methodologies, and leading practices Travel may be up to 80-100% Currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future KPMG LLP (the U.S. member firm of KPMG International) offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.
