Primary Responsibilities:

TheProject Manager will be primarily beresponsible foroverseeing Design-Build projects that are focused on waterand wastewater.

Plan, schedule and coordinateconstruction procurements, and supervise field construction activitiesinvolving general construction and/or trade subcontractors and vendors.

Manage the design phase of thealternative delivery project to ensure design is compliant with the clientstechnical requirements and that the design does not exceed the developed budget.

Development of the budget foralternative delivery projects.

Take responsibility for budget,schedule, quality and safety throughout such activities, utilizing companyresources for guidance and support

Maintain accurate daily record ofconstruction site activity and produce required reports on progress, safety,quality, schedule and budget status

Coordinate with other project teamgroups such as design, procurement and Project Controls.

Serve as a key client contact taskedwith building and maintaining client relations with both internal and externalclients coupled with the development of new clients.

Work with marketing for proposaldevelopment and opportunity tracking.

Oversee prime and/or MSA negotiations,conduct resource recruitment, and provide invoice approval and budgetdevelopment for multiple projects concurrently.

Develop and lead the safety and qualityassurance process on a project specific basis as well as maintain projectdocument control.

Will assist or lead projects as a clientlead and/or project manager.

Responsible for supporting thedevelopment of new and existing clients in the United States.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Engineering,Construction Management, Construction Science, or equivalent is preferred.

12+ years of experience in variousaspects of pre-construction and construction phases of an alternative deliveryproject focusing in the water/wastewater sector.

Experience with Developing Clients andunderstand the process of commercializing revenue generating projects.

Previous experience in the field as anon-site Project Manager with financial responsibility for project/lossperformance.

Experience coordinating the developmentof the design for design-build/EPC fast-track projects.

Experience in developing and negotiatingconstruction contracts, developing and coordinating multiple bid packages inboth design and construction.

Experience in managing multiple sub-contractorsand engineered-equipment vendors

Preferred Qualifications:

Local candidates are preferred.

Professional registration will be considereda plus.

Constructionexperience as a general contractor project manager is required. Alternativedelivery project experience is a plus.
