Responsibilities
An exciting opportunity is available to join the Grand View Health Primary Care Team. We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious individual to take on the role of Quality Lead within our team. The successful candidate will have knowledge of CPC+, Tandigm and other payor supported quality initiatives and will take responsibility for identifying and supporting quality improvement within our practices. The successful candidate will also support future practice transitions in onboarding and quality assessment. To be successful in this position, you will need to inspire strong collaboration within our teams, have excellent communication and time management skills, and succeed in prioritizing quality goals while improving workflows that support them. Experience in leading and managing quality improvement projects, ideally within Primary Care is desired. Knowledge of change management with demonstrable outcomes would be beneficial with experience working effectively across organizational
boundaries. This is an interesting and exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about the quality of care that is provided in Primary Care and would enjoy supporting practices in making quality improvements
Qualifications
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's Degree and over 3 years to 5 years significant relevant experience in a healthcare setting or related environment required
BSN and over 3 years to 5 years relevant experience in a healthcare setting or related environment preferred
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, required
- Demonstrates ability to plan, organize, set and accomplish objectives in a timely manner, required
- Strong presentation skills for a variety of audiences, required
- Excellent interpersonal skills leading to ability to clearly articulate ideas and concepts, required
- Project management skills, required
- Proficient in word, excel and power point, required
- Familiar with computer programs for statistics and data display, required
- Able to work independently within established parameters, required
LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS:
CPHQ, Upon hire, preferred
