**Role** **Summary/Purpose**



FieldCore is seeking energetic, committed interns to join our growing organization. Interns hired for a specific position will be expected to be involved in all aspects of the job assignment and to learn the ins-and-outs of our daily routines and procedures. Interns will focus on learning how FieldCore runs, and be expected to gain valuable insight that can further their interest in their chosen career field. They should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment, and will finish the internship having gained broad experience in various aspects of the internship position.



**Essential Functions**



+ Working closely with the Intern leader and other team members to provide value to the role assigned

+ Assist the intern leader with planning and organizing tasks

+ Possess knowledge about basic hand and electrical tools, and be able to use them safely

+ Work supervised on Wind Turbine equipment and basic maintenance procedures

+ Basic ability to read blueprints and schematic drawings to determine safe work procedures

+ Ability to move machinery and equipment

+ Assist with the implementation of new initiatives

+ Perform other duties as assigned



**Qualifications** **/Requirement**



+ High school degree or equivalent; first year wind technology program student enrolled at partner school

+ Field of study tied with job responsibilities

+ GPA of 2.80 or higher (transcripts must be attached at time of application)

+ Letter of recommendation from program instructor (must be attached at time of application)
