**Oil, Gas, & Chemicals Human Capital Manager**

**Work You ll Do**
As a **Manager** you will bring considerable technical, functional, and product expertise to deliver effective solutions to clients.
Manage day to day interactions with executive clients and sponsors
Manage and deliver components of client engagements that identify, design, and implement technology and creative business solutions for large companies.
Responsibilities include, among others, managing teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures.
Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients; participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies
Manage human capital transformation projects, including developing deliverables, implementing solutions, and tracking and reporting activities.
Specific engagements could include:
oConduct Organizational Change Management (OCM) activities, change management, training, communication management and user acceptance testing for large-scale ERP technology implementations for SAP S4 Hana.
oDevelop new organizational culture to foster transformation goals through customized activities for corporate culture building, internal community engagement, eminence building and recruiting.
oProvide comprehensive workforce planning and transition strategy by preparing job descriptions and profiles that outline job responsibilities, accountabilities and competency definitions.
oLead engagements in the Future of Work including Workforce Strategy and Planning, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Performance Management, Leadership, Diversity and Inclusion, and Rewards & Benefits.
Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent degree in a Business Administration, Economics, Communications, Management (any) or a related field.
6 years of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate experience providing strategic consulting services on behalf of a global consulting company.
4 years in Oil, Gas, and Chemicals Industry.
Must have 5 years of experience with several of the following:
oConducting OCM activities, change management, training, communication management and user acceptance testing for large-scale ERP technology implementations including Workday, SAP and Salesforce;
oDeveloping new organizational culture in support of transformation goals through customized activities for corporate culture building, internal community engagement, eminence building and recruiting;
oDeveloping frameworks that improve client future-state organizational design and alignment to optimize efficiency and profitability;
oPreparing of proposals for organization change management and talent solutions to support business transformations, including design, scoping, approach, best practices and timeline recommendations.
oAt least 1 Full Life Cycle Implementation of SAP S4 Hana.
oDemonstrated knowledge of workforce functions & processes, with experience in one or more of the following areas: Workforce Strategy & Solutions, Workforce Capabilities, Talent Acquisition, and/or Workforce & Talent Analytics
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
80% travel required.
