Title: Intermediate Process Engineer | Industrial gas facilities
Client: Our client offers a variety of process related services; a world-class supplier of cryogenic industrial gas plants, customer industrial gas plants, cryogenic gas processing plants, Client plants and non-cryogenic (VSA & PSA) gas plants. Along with a portfolio of engineering technologies and services, they excel at supplying effective solutions, offering a global approach in planning, design, fabrication, and construction of industrial gas and process plants. Description: The successful Process Engineer will develop sizing information for process equipment and provide information in the form of equipment data sheets. Required:
Five or more years of experience with process engineering responsibilities
Develop sizing information for process equipment (compressors, pumps, heat exchangers, distillation columns and separators).
Provide information in the form of equipment data sheets.
Review requests for process design information.
Use HYSYS to perform complete process simulations.
Prepare material selection designation diagrams for plant requirements.
Develop process flow diagrams (PFD's), P&I diagrams, and Heat and Material Balances.
Process, Petrochem, Refinery, Pharmaceutical background can work; prefer background in industrial gas plants/Client facilities background.
Industrial gas companies: National Oxygen; Nippon Oxygen; AGA AB (part of The Linde Group); Airgas; Air Liquide; Air Products & Chemicals; Client; Bhorukagroup; BOC (part of The Linde Group); The Linde Group (formerly Linde AG); MOX-Linde Gases; Messer Group; Praxair; Matheson Tri-Gas
Education: Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemical Process Engineering or similar.
