Duties: The Business Partner Services (BPS) team within the Information Technology department works exclusively within the desktop environment and is responsible for supporting internal customers across multiple locations throughout the territory.? The EUC (End User Computing) Engineering team (within the BPS team) includes dedicated resources to choose new desktops / laptops, base platform development, software packaging/distribution, and Group Policy management.


Job Summary: Serve as System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) Administrator, responsible for performing all aspects of SCCM planning, setup, deployment, support and maintenance.? This role is primarily to support our efforts to upgrade our remaining Windows 7 clients to Windows 10 (currently build 1803).? The schedule needs to be flexible to accommodate early and late SCCM support for the troubleshooting and support of our task sequences, group policy and collections relating to the project.



  • Extensive experience in the implementation, administration, configuration and support of SCCM Enterprise environment.
  • Experience with desktop deployment automation architecture, design/migration and troubleshooting.
  • Experience managing an OS image for large corporate environments.
  • Contribute to development and ongoing improvement of industry best practices and standards for deploying enterprise desktop technologies.
  • Knowledge of the Windows registry, interaction of drivers within the OS, and unattended/silent installs of Windows operating systems.
  • Deployment, installation and administration of MS Office products.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies to ensure technical solutions are compatible with the company's business needs and strategic objectives.
  • Provide technical expertise, guidance and strategic recommendations to other IT groups.
  • Functional working and debugging knowledge of MS Windows operating systems.
  • Investigate, analyze and resolve technical issues and actively pursue mechanisms for preventing, or automating the response to reoccurrences.



  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in the following:
  • Experience managing and designing an OS image for large corporate environments.
  • Experience in SCCM administration, patching and maintenance.
  • Experience implementing security policies for applications and operating systems utilizing Group Policy.
  • Experience utilizing automated technologies for the deployment of desktop systems.
