We are looking for our Head of Physical Security Health and Safety M/F - Based on Chatillon (92). The Physical security officer is responsible for the management of physical security (protection of people and physical assets against intentional and non-intentional actions (crime, terrorism, political and social instability) in the entire entity, region, countries, offices and operations.. Your main responsabilities are:. 1) Leadership and Management. - Challenge stakeholders for the benefit of the implementation of the AXA Partner security strategy. Create an environment for developing & fostering leadership excellence. Liaise with related departments to ensure a coordinated management of physical security (Human Resources, Procurement & Real Estate, Health and Safety, Crisis Management and Information Security, Corporate Travel Team). Coordinate actions with country / sites Physical Security Managers. Liaises with authorities, security forces, security related networks. Manage multicultural environment. 2) Physical Security advisor. - Prepare the Entity Physical Security Policy, presenting it to the Country Managers and Head of Regions with a formal CSO approval. Coordinate and ensure implementation of physical security measures to ensure protection of personnel as well as all physical assets, while ensuring optimal use of personnel and Equipment. Prepare and update plans and procedures following the process defined in the entity policy.. Ensure that all policies, plans and procedures are implemented. Ensure that country / sites physical security Managers and staff are aware of their individual responsibilities as defined in plans and supporting procedures. Conduct security and risk vulnerability assessment, evaluate and provide recommendations. 3) Incident Management. - Manage, control and grant access. Monitor the physical security environment and provide KPI to be merged with CSO organization for an end to end monitoring. Lead investigation after incidents or near miss incidents and follows up the implementation of corrective measures. Participate in incident and crisis management in collaboration with the Head of Operational Resilience. 4) Training and awareness. - Train and supervise first line of defense. Design and deploy awareness training courses accordingly to AXA Partner Physical Security policies ambition. Assist or lead security and/or safety awareness training for all employees. Recommend actions to avoid conditions conducive to threats such as vandalism, terrorism or theft. Evaluate clearances for management and all employees according to the information and property they may access. Education, Professional Qualifications and Experience. - Master's in criminal justice / investigation degree preferred. Courses in the humanities and social sciences. Key Skills. Physical Security management experience preferred. International experience preferred. Fluent English (speaking and writing). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Capacity to work under stress. Good judgment and problem-solving ability. Excellent attention to detail. Diversity awareness, understanding and respect for cultural differences. Strategic thinking. Interest in international and local political / social / security affairs
