This IT Application Analyst Senior position reports within the business unit it supports. The purpose of this position is to administer, monitor, coordinate, automate and maintain multiple IT applications to support rebate processing, and environmental and conservation programs. This coordination includes building reports for all rebate programs, understand and ensure proper financial controls within the system permissions, and configurations, training and troubleshooting system reported issues. Additional duties will include system level data flow diagrams and business process models for all programs supported by the applications. This position will establish streamlined procedures for application support, track, monitor and provide support and proper access to all system users.

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience: Java Script formula writing for web based configurable systems, SQL Report Writing with direct database access, educating and training others and building dashboards with KPI s, procedural and policy experience which will include accounting separation of duties, auditing standards and web based UI application support. This candidate will understand basic troubleshooting and will have experience building management reports.
