Job Description Arcadis U.S., Inc. has an opening for a Senior Pipeline Design Engineer with 10+ years of experience for our growing Buried Infrastructure Groups in the Arizona, California, and Texas markets. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to utilize their experience and technical knowledge to successfully execute pipeline condition assessment, design, rehabilitation/replacement and construction projects. This individual will also support client development activities and manage teams and projects to meet regional objectives. Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Performing engineering activities on water/wastewater conveyance pipeline projects including planning, evaluations, assessments, detailed design, and construction administration. * Work with local and regional project teams to plan, manage, execute and deliver various pipeline engineering projects on time, on budget and to the performance expectations of the client. * Lead teams in the preparation of winning proposals and successful presentations and managing the delivery of resulting projects both locally and regionally. * Support development of local and regional client relationships and opportunities. * Serve as a project technical reviewer/quality consultant to support the work of project teams across the region. * Attend client sponsored functions and industry events to represent Arcadis. * Mentor junior level technical staff in developing their technical and client-facing skills. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Successful track record of working with clients in winning and managing the delivery of projects within the municipal sector. * Established local and regional client relationships * Demonstrated and active participation in local, regional and/or national professional associations. Required Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related Engineering field of study. * 10+ years' of progressively responsible experience * Professional Engineer License Preferred Qualifications * Master's degree in Civil Engineering * 15+ years' of progressively responsible experience with an engineering consulting firm * CA PE, others also preferable (Arizona and Texas) Employment Type RegularSDL2017
