**Job Summary**

AECOM is seeking a Health and Safety Manager to support the Environmental business line in the Northeast Region. This role could be based in any of AECOM's Northeast offices and will require frequent travel. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

+ Review and approve site-specific Health and Safety Plans, Safe Work Plans, Task Hazard Assessments, and other ES&H documents

+ Review and approve subcontractor safety plans, JSAs, and variances as needed

+ Serve as \"On-Call\" support for the Northeast Environmental Business Line (NE EBL)

+ Plan and deliver EH&S training within geographical area of responsibility

+ Coordinate with other AECOM EH&S resources to meet the needs of project teams

+ Provide client support as needed

+ Audit ES&H activities

+ Conduct Project Safety reviews

+ Conduct incident investigations and participate in Executive Incident Reviews

+ Assist in the development of post incident corrective actions and Lessons Learned

+ Assemble data and participate in weekly NE EBL leadership calls

+ Participate in NE EBL Healthy Start Calls

+ Participate in NE EBL Project Manager Certification Interviews

+ Participate in/Deliver SH&E Stand Downs

+ Manage and update subcontractors in SubPort

**Minimum Requirements**

BA/BS + 8 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.

Willing and able to travel as needed throughout the Northeast Region as needed.

**Preferred Qualifications**

Certified Safety Professional

Outstanding written + verbal communication skills

Previous experience in H+S planning for environmental investigation and remediation projects.

Previous experience working in the Oil+Gas Sector
